I'm writing from Lions Bay, BC, my favourite place to relax, while catching up on a bit of R&R. Between listening to the waves crash on the beach and visiting with family I've been enjoying my new favourite song of the week, which is "Hallelujah" performed by Nicholas Barron. He is another of my favourite acoustic guitar players with a unique style that really draws me in.
Aside from Leonard Cohen's own rendition of his song "Hallelujah", this version performed by Nicholas Barron is the most evocative that I've seen. The man really "feels" the piece.

hi I just wandered in from goodness knows where (the ice flows of the internet?) and saw this post. I know it's old but this is a really nice rendition of Hallelujah. Have you heard Rufus Wainright's version (one of my personal favourites) also KD Laings is fabulous too.
I will continue to roam around your site, intrigued by your comments and a little link re abstract Buddhas. I do some Zen art and writing. Are you here in BC?
hello from Victoria,
Carole
